The highly successful, third annual Big Nosh event will celebrate “everything Jewish” including food, entertainment and education. The Big Nosh will be held at the Tree of Life Congregation on North Trenholm Road in Columbia on Sunday, April 22nd from 11 am to 6 pm with extended hours to meet the growing demand.

Entertainment and Fun!
Top notch entertainment will be scheduled throughout the day including live Israeli music, Russian piano melodies, American Jewish song classics, Jewish films and comedy clips. The Tree of Life BIG NOSH festival supports Habit for Humanity, Harvest Hope Food Bank, The Red Cross Blood Drive and other worthwhile community programs.

Delightful Food!
Of course there will be mouth-watering Jewish foods to eat in or take out ranging from bagels, deli offerings, chick soup (Jewish penicillin), stuffed cabbage, brisket, baked goods and other highly sought after delectable delights to nosh on. Find out how to make a challah, the art of matzah ball design and what is a shofar and how to blow it.

Fun for Kids!
Children will be captivated by an array of activities including face painting, balloon creations, jumping sets, Israeli craft making, petting zoo and lots of good old fashioned fun. Plus tour the Temple Sanctuary with hands on activities and discussion groups.

Local Artisans and Crafts!
There will be a unique Big Nosh Craft Mall featuring many sought after local artisans and crafters offering their exclusive wares for sale at special offer prices taking a bite out of high priced competitors!

Delicious menu items cooked with love by Tree of Life Congregation. Visit the Donate page to securely order and pay online and it will be waiting for you at the Big Nosh. Express Pre-Festival Pickup Orders with quick on site 10 minute parking will be available from 9am – 10:30am on the day of the festival (April 22, 2012). We recommend you avoid the crowds and pick up your orders early! You can also download and print a Big Nosh pre order form, but who wants to do it that way?
